💫 As you may be aware, Working for Walton are a special kind of group, we’re a Community Interest Company who work on behalf of the community and not shareholders 💫
Thank you to everyone who volunteers to help support our events, thank you also to each and everyone who comes along to support us, which means we can raise funds and give back to our community😘
🚗 As a result of a record breaking Classic Car Show in 2025, we delighted to have donated £4000 to Wakefield Hospice, we have also commissioned a very fitting tribute to everyone’s friend in the village… a memorial bench for our lovely caretaker Paul Readman ❤️
In addition, we have once again allocated funds to donate to voluntary and charitable organisations in Walton. Please complete the application form below and email to info@workingforwalton.org.uk BEFORE the 31st January 2026.
We will review the applications at our next formal meeting. Any donation provisionally agreed by us will be delayed a little as we have to gain the formal agreement of our Regulator.
